I have been using the Steak Warehouse since they opened in mid July last year and the thing that I can definitely say about them is that they bring me value-added items that I can turn around and sell for profit. Most of the clients I have here at the hotel for Banquets are looking for great quality food but they have a budget they must stay within. In these tight times it is great that I can offer great quality items that I can still be profitable on, and the Steak Warehouse is a big part of me being able to meet this customer demand. Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the quality of meat we are getting from your company. We have never had so many compliments on the steaks and other food items before. People are asking where we get our meat and we are passing on the information to them. Junction City has very few (if any) quality restaurants and the Elks is now getting the reputation for the best steak house in town. We buy many of their products and couldn’t have asked for a higher quality choice in a supplier. The steaks and customer service are excellent.
